Stinger Home Management is owned and operated by Bryan Stinger.

Bryan Stinger is a native of Philadelphia, PA, and originally moved to Beaufort, SC in 2002 after becoming a United States Marine.

Over the course of his 21 year Marine Corps career, Bryan and his family were fortunate enough to serve 15 of those years in Beaufort and retired from the Air Station in 2023.

Bryan has 11 years of experience managing his own personal property and flipping homes. He established Stinger Home Management in 2021 after earning his license as a South Carolina Property Manager In Charge and looks forward to the opportunity to serve you!

Amy Schwartz was born and raised in Woodbury, NJ. She is a graduate of Salisbury University where she met her now husband and followed him back to his hometown on Long Island, NY. After 17 years there as the Office Manager for one of the world's largest distributors of jewelry components, she made the move south in 2021 and is now happy to call Beaufort "Home".

In 2021, Amy joined her brother-in-law, Bryan Stinger, as the Office Manager for Stinger Home Management.

Calie Howie is a native of a small farm town in rural Illinois. Calie's journey brought her to the charming town of Beaufort, South Carolina, where she has resided for the past three years. As the spouse of an active duty United States Marine, she embraced the opportunities and challenges that come with the military lifestyle.

Calie joined Stinger Home Management in 2022 and previously served as Social Media Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and Leasing Assistant. She currently serves as the Maintenance Manager and ensures that homes under Stinger's care are impeccably maintained. Calie is your go-to resource for all Work Requests and Vendor related questions. Dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences, Calie is committed to ensuring your time with Stinger Home Management is seamless and enjoyable.

Bryan grew up in Sumter, SC and graduated from Clemson University in 2003 with a degree in Secondary Education. After 1 year in Lancaster, SC, Bryan has enjoyed living in and serving the Beaufort community for 20 years, initially as a teacher and coach and now as a team member with Stinger Home Management.

He is motivated by being a friendly helpful presence to residents and a reliable resource for property owners, maintaining and inspecting properties with transparency and integrity. His work directly serves the company goal to offer the best properties and the best service to residents and homeowners alike.

Kathryn York, originally from Dallas, TX, relocated with her family to Marietta, GA at the age of nine, where she resided for approximately 23 years. In 2021, she married and subsequently moved to Greenville, SC. Her husband’s role as a firefighter with the City of Hardeeville brought them to the Lowcountry in April 2024, and they now reside in Beaufort, SC.

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector as an Administrative and Marketing Coordinator, Kathryn joined the Stinger Home Management team in July 2024 as a Leasing Agent. She is enthusiastic about transitioning into residential property management and is committed to assisting the community in finding their ideal homes!

Ana is our dedicated Leasing Coordinator at Stinger Home Management. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping clients find their perfect home, Ana ensures a smooth and efficient leasing process from start to finish. She is committed to providing clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a seamless experience for our prospective tenants. Ana's attention to detail and personable approach make her an invaluable asset to our team, always going the extra mile to uphold our core values of integrity, respect, and accountability.

Tayler Fuller was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Tayler is a proud mother of two beautiful children. Her husband's role as a Corpsman in the United States Navy brought their family to the picturesque town of Beaufort, South Carolina, in 2017.

Tayler joined Stinger Home Management in 2024 as the Team's Social Media Manager. With a keen eye for trends and a passion for engaging content, Tayler expertly manages our social media platforms, ensuring that our brand's voice is always consistent and impactful. Committed to delivering exceptional service, Tayler leverages innovative strategies to connect with our audience and showcase what makes Stinger Home Management stand out in Beaufort's property management landscape.
